Here’s how we do it.

Onboarding

Upon signing up for our services, clients will receive a welcome email outlining the next steps, including an introductory call to discuss your needs and goals. We will establish a clear timeline for the initiation of services, typically within 5 business days of contract signing.

Execution

Our team will execute the agreed-upon email and SMS marketing campaigns, with regular updates provided to ensure transparency and alignment with your goals. Clients will have access to performance reports and analytics to track the success of their campaigns. Refund Policy

Initial Consultation Fee

Our initial consultation fee is non-refundable. This feecovers the time and resources invested in understanding your business needs andcrafting a tailored marketing strategy.

Service Packages

We offer various service packages, each with a differentscope of work and duration. Refunds for service packages are subject to thefollowing conditions:

Monthly Packages:

Refund requests must be made within the first 7 days of theservice start date. If approved, a prorated refund for the remaining days ofthe month will be issued.

Quarterly and Annual Packages:

Refund requests must be made within the first 14 days of theservice start date. If approved, a prorated refund for the remaining monthswill be issued, minus a cancellation fee equivalent to one month of service.

CancellationPolicy

Monthly Packages : Clients may cancel their monthly service package at anytime. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days beforethe next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.

Quarterly and Annual Packages : Clients may cancel their quarterly or annual service package within the first 14 days of the service start date to be eligible for a prorated refund (see refund policy above).After the initial 14-day period, clients may still cancel their package but will not be eligible for a refund. Services will continue until the end of the paid period.

Exceptions : Refunds and cancellations are not available for services that have been fully delivered or for any custom services outside our standard packages. In cases of disputes or dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to contact our support team to address and resolve any issues.
